Cranberry Brie Tart

Ingredients: – 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed – 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought) – 4 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into small cube

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Using a cookie cutter or a knife, cut the pastry into small squares or circles, depending on your preference and the size of your tart molds.

1. Press each pastry square or circle into the molds of a mini muffin tin, gently pressing down to create a small cup shape. 2. Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce into each pastry cup, filling it about halfway.

1. Place a cube of Brie cheese on top of the cranberry sauce in each cup. 2. Bake the tarts in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

1. Remove the tarts from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the muffin tin. 2. Garnish the tarts with fresh thyme leaves and drizzle with honey, if desired, before serving.
